IT Helpdesk software

  • Please recommend some inexpensive IT Helpdesk software for use by our 4-person IT department, supporting around 100 client PC's. Budget cost not more than a few hundred pounds. Our main system uses Windows 2000 Server and is adminstered using Active Directory. We'd like to be able to record and categorise support calls properly, deal with follow-ups, and have the information stored in a suitable way so that we can extract it and look at statistics - eg by User, type of call, time to fix etc.
